How much is delivery?

The good news is, delivery is free for orders over 190 zł. If your order is under 190 zł, a small delivery fee of 15 zł will be charged.

When will I receive my order?

If you order before 16:00 CEST, your items will be delivered the next working day. If you order after 16:00 CEST on a Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, your items will be picked and packed on Monday and delivered the next working day.

Your local courier will contact you via email/text when your order has been shipped.

Please note, on national holidays it is highly likely our delivery partners will not be making deliveries. Therefore, we ask that you expect a small delay in receiving your Huel order and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Who will deliver my order?

We use DPD for deliveries to Poland.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

We work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means your order can't be amended or cancelled once you've placed it. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment methods.

You can always return any unwanted orders to us for a refund.

Can I return my order?

Yes! Any unopened items can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Take a look at our Refund and Exchange Policy for more information.

I need help

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your delivery. Don’t worry, contact within 7 days of the original delivery date and we’ll look into this for you. If we are made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by Huel.

Questions on payment methods

How can I pay for my order?

The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • PayPal
  • Przelewy24, including quick bank transfers and BLIK code payment (for single purchase orders)
  • Apple Pay (for single purchase orders).

Can I pay COD?

Unfortunately we do not offer COD at the moment.

All transactions on Huel website are encrypted and safe. All parcels we send to our Polish customers via local courier are insured and tracked.

How will I receive my refund if I need one?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will drop you an email about your refund, which will take 5 working days to land back in your account. The refund will be made to the original payment method used.

Who will deliver my order?

We use DPD for deliveries to Poland.

To ensure you get the best experience with our DPD carrier, please download and use the DPD app – you'll have the opportunity to select a preferred neighbour as well as a dedicated safe place.

DPD will make one delivery attempt. You’re not there? The driver will try to deliver your parcel to a nearby Pickup parcelshop, so that you may receive your order as soon as possible.

If your order is rejected in transit or at the delivery attempt, not picked up from the pickup shop within 3 days, or you request to cancel once the order has been picked and packed by our warehouse team, then you will be refunded less 50zł due to carrier costs to have the parcel sent back to us.
